– EAOFL Meeting – morning
– Trade Show – afternoon

Wednesday, December 9
– Golf Tournament
– Registration – 7:00 AM
– Shotgun Start – 8:30 AM
– 4-person scramble
– Awards/lunch following golf

Please bring Signed Copy of Release Form at event sign in. Each person must have a signed copy.

ONLY ADD 1 to CART. Use drop down if attendee is playing golf or not. Enter Company and Name and Phone # ADD TO CART. Once you add to the CART system will take you back to page and you can register another person and repeat the step. We are limited to 144Golf Player allowed. First Come first Serverd. You must Checkout having in cart does not reserve you a spot. You will get an order number once completed.
