2026 Elevator Association of Florida Trade Show Sponsorship Packages

We are looking for Sponsors for the  2026 Florida Elevator Association trade show.  Here are the sponsorships available:

All sponsorships also include: Company logo in the event slide loop, and acknowledgement on EAOFL social media and the event website.

• Hors d’Oeuvres Sponsor – $600 per spot (2 Spot)
  Company logo on signage at the hors d’oeuvres station

• Beverage Sponsor – $1100 per spot (4 spots)
  Company logo on signage at the beverage station / bar.

• Lunch sponsor – $1500 (2 spots)
  Company logo on signage at the trade show lunch; logo napkins.
  Verbal recognition during the event.

• Exhibit booth Sponsor – $2000 per spot ( 16 spots)
  One exhibitor space at the trade show (Tues 12/8 & Wed 12/9).
  One (2) 6′ exhibitor table, tablecloth and 2 charis included.
  Sponsor provides one door prize (minimum $100 value); recognition when the prize is drawn during golf luncheon Weds 12/9.

• Event Sponsor – $3000 (2 spots)
  Premier trade show sponsor: company logo on all trade show signage
  Prominent placement at entrance / registration.
  Recognition in pre-event communications.

If you can not add to the cart the spots have been sold out. Adding a sponsorship to your cart does not reserve it. Sponsorship availability is secured only after checkout and payment are completed.
