- Monday, Dec. 7th @ 5:30 p.m. – Cracker Barrel Meeting
- Tuesday, Dec. 8th – Continental Breakfast @ 8:00 a.m.
- EAOF Meeting @ 8:30 a.m.
- Lunch @ 12:00 p.m.
- Trade Show to follow with Hores d’oeuvres in the afternoon.
- Wednesday, Dec. 9th @ 7:30 a.m. – Continental Breakfast
- Golf Tournament (Shotgun Start) @ 8:30 a.m.
- Lunch after golf with trade show continuing.
- 3:30 p.m. Event Close
